| 1. Remove the handle of the lever of switching of a distributing box (двухрядная a box). Remove the lever. |
|
| 2. Remove forward and back sections of the central console. |
| 3. Disconnect electroconducting of the gauge-switch of a control lamp of activation of an all-wheel drive mode (model with a disconnected drive of back wheels). |
|
| 4. Remove from the lever the handle and a protective cover. |
| 5. Turn out fixing screws and remove the basis of a protective cover of the lever. |
|
| 6. Remove a returnable spring from the hinge and the carburettor of the mechanism of a gear change. |
|
| 7. Disconnect from an arm of switching a rack. |
| 8. Disconnect from the hinge приводную draught. |
|
9. Take from the case a rubber pillow.
10. Remove the gear change lever. |
|
Dismantling
Order of removal of components of lever assemblage
Removal of components from a rack of the lever of switching

|
1. Remove from a switching rack a rubber pillow.
2. Turn out from the lever a bolt of fastening of returnable draught.
3. Remove fixing wire. |
| 4. Remove draught from the lever. | |

5. Remove duster.
6. Remove a lock ring.
7. Separate the lever of switching from a rack. |
| 8. Remove duster the lever. |
|
9. Operating in an order specified on an accompanying illustration, remove components of lever assemblage.
10. Remove from a rack of the lever the prorate, the plug and a rubber pillow. |
|
Check
Attentively check up a condition of all components of lever assemblage (the plug, a pillow, the prorate, a cover, draughts, the lever, springs). The worn out and damaged details replace.
Assemblage
Installation of the lever of switching on a rack
|
|
|
|
1. Carefully wash out all details.
2. Establish on a lever rack a rubber pillow, the plug and the prorate.
3. Establish on the lever a protective cover, the lock ring, a new sealing ring, the plug, the plug of the lever and a pin.
|
|
Before installation it is necessary to grease an internal surface of the plug консистентной with greasing of type SUNLIGHT №2. |
4. Establish the switching lever on a rack.
5. Establish a rack a lock ring. |
| 6. Fix a cover on the lever a wire clamp. |
|
| 7. Pass in an aperture of a cover draught. |
| 8. Connect bent for to the switching lever. Tighten fixture with demanded effort (9 15 Nanometers). |
|
| 9. Establish on draught the plug and the prorate, preliminary having greased them консистентной with greasing of type SUNLIGHT №2. |

Draught is established according to an illustration. |
Installation
|
|
|
|
1. Translate the lever in neutral position.
2. Establish the lever in car salon.
3. Establish a protective cover and screw on the lever the handle.
4. At a corresponding complete set connect electroconducting to the gauge-switch of activation of a full drive.
5. Establish the panel of furnish of the central console.
6. Screw the handle on the lever of switching of a distributing box.
7. Plant in the case a rubber pillow. Tighten fixture with demanded effort (9 15 Nanometers).
8. Connect bent for to the switching hinge, - tighten fixture with demanded effort (9 15 Nanometers). |
