Tape brake

Adjustment of a backlash of tape brake АТ is made in case of infringement of correctness of switching of transmission during car movement.

Number of the most typical signs of infringement of correctness of adjustment of a backlash of a tape brake concern:

Transmission is switched from 1st transfer at once to 3rd (the backlash is exceeded);
At switchings of 1/2 and 3/4 sharply increase engine turns, has delay of inclusion of the second transfer at compulsory switching 3/2 (the backlash is exceeded);
At switching 2/3 there is a car braking (the backlash is insufficient);
There is a duplication of switchings at transitions 2-3-4 and back (the backlash is too small).

Keeping a face key 10-millimiterovyj a bolt located in the left part картера of transmission, ослабьте by means of a wrench a counternut.

It is not necessary to weaken excessively a tape in order to avoid decrease in effort of an inhaling.

In case of presence of problems (b) and (), make adjustment by a tightening or easing of a nut within a range 3/4 turns.

In case of presence of problems () and (d) tighten the adjusting screw with effort of 9 Nanometers, then release it on three turns. Keeping the adjusting screw, tighten a counternut with effort 25 28 Nanometers.

The gauge-switch of the permission of start

The gauge-switch serves for inclusion of fires of a backing while translating the selector lever in position “R”. Also resolves engine start only in positions “N” and “Р” the selector. Besides, the gauge-switch through the management block gives a corresponding signal on the indicator of position of the lever of a choice of range АТ located on an instrument guard.

If the engine is started in distinct from “Р” or “N” positions of the lever of the selector, first of all check up conditions of the mechanism of switching. In the absence of any damages pass to gauge-switch check.

PERFORMANCE ORDER

1. Attentively examine a connection place to the selector lever drive a cable.
2. Check up a condition of a contact socket of electroconducting of the gauge-switch.
3. Check up serviceability of all electric chains of the gauge-switch in all positions of the lever of selector AT.

Check up also a chain of the switch of ignition which should be opened in positions “R”, “D”, “3”, “2” and “1”.

4. In case of a deviation of the lever of the selector from position “N” on a corner 1.5 , check up all corresponding electric chains.
5. In case of need make adjustment of position of the gauge-switch, for what ослабьте three its bolts крепя.
6. Translate the selector lever in position “N”, then fill in a gauge-switch aperture a special pin
7. Tighten three bolts of fastening of the gauge-switch with demanded effort (3 4 Nanometers).
8. Repeat check, in case of need make gauge-switch replacement.
