1. Completely open a cowl.
2. Disconnect a negative wire from the battery.
|
|
If the stereosystem established on the car is equipped by a security code before to disconnect the battery make sure that have a correct combination for audiosystem input in action! |
3. Remove an air inlet sleeve, and also the delivery chamber of an air path in gathering with a basic arm.
4. Disconnect electroconducting from the oxygen gauge (ов).
5. Disconnect from картера transmissions the grounding tyre, and also electroconducting of the gauge of speed of the car (VSS).
6. Disconnect from transmission an electroconducting plait.
7. Disconnect electroconducting, give a fixing bolt and a nut and remove from transmission a starter.
8. Remove торсионную a bar with assembly скобой.
9. Prop up/hang out the engine.
10. Take from a transmission dome заглушку a service aperture of the converter of rotation.
11. Turning the engine for a bolt of a pulley of a cranked shaft, consistently turn out bolts of fastening of the converter of rotation and приводному to a disk.
12. Take probeы measurements of lubricant liquids of transmission and differential.
13. Turn out the right top bolt of fastening of transmission to the engine.
14. Поддомкратьте the car also establish it on props.
15. Give nuts of fastening of a reception pipe of system of release of the fulfilled gases to the engine.
16. Disconnect the central section of system of release from the back. Turn out a bolt of fastening of the central section to an arm подвеса. Remove a thermofilter of back section of system of release.
17. Turn out drain stoppers of transmission and forward differential and lower lubricant liquids in specially prepared capacities.
18. Disconnect from a wall картера transmissions hoses of system of cooling ATF.
19. Turn out fastening bolts карданного a shaft to a connecting flange of back differential. Turn out bolts of fastening of the central bearing to the car bottom. Disconnect карданный a shaft from transmission, - at once закупорьте an exhaust outlet in картере.
20. Disconnect приводной a cable of the selector of transfers from the choice lever. Remove a basic arm of a cable.
21. Remove a bar of the stabilizer of cross-section stability.
22. Liberate spherical support from the bottom levers of a suspension bracket.
23. Take a spring finger of fastening of a semiaxis to a power shaft of forward differential. Remove полуось.
24. Turn out the bottom nuts of fastening of transmission to the engine.
25. Prop up transmission special тележечным a jack. Turn out bolts of fastening of a back beam to the car bottom.
26. Cautiously separate transmission from the engine, - try not to admit loss of the converter of rotation. Take transmission from under the car. |

Installation
Installation is made upside-down. Track, that all fixture has been tightened with demanded effort. |
