Appointment

The conductor serves for prevention of possibility of casual refuelling of the car этилированным as fuel. The trunk of a refuelling pistol of columns with этилированным fuel does not enter into a mouth of a tank in view of discrepancy of the overall dimensions to parametres of the conductor.

Check

The adaptation for check of the conductor of a jellied mouth

Check is made by means of the special measured adaptation, - the calibrated core of the tool should not enter into a tank mouth, otherwise the conductor is subject to replacement (see more low).

Replacement

PERFORMANCE ORDER

1. Remove a back and a pillow of a back seat.

2. Remove from the panel of a floor a cover of access to a fuel tank.

3. Disconnect hoses of giving (1) and return (2) fuels.

4. Give nuts of fastening of assemblage of the fuel pump/gauge of the expense of fuel.

5. Take from a tank assemblage of the fuel pump/gauge of the expense of fuel.

6. By means of the manual pump pump out fuel from a tank in the prepared capacity.

7. Remove the right back wheel.

8. Uncover a jellied mouth of a fuel tank and turn out screws of fastening of a sealant.

9. Through a wheel arch remove a protector of a jellied mouth.

10. Release a collar and disconnect from a mouth a ventilating hose.

11. Loosen the a collar also separate rubber section of a jellied mouth from a metal tube.

12. Take a tube of a jellied mouth of a fuel tank from under the car.
13. Establish a plate with a rubber sealant and pass a tube of a jellied mouth in an aperture in локере a wheel arch.
14. Achieve alignment of apertures of a mouth and an adjusting cup, then tighten fixing screws.
15. Pull on the pipe end rubber section of a jellied mouth (diameter about 28 mm) and fix its collar.
16. Connect to a tube a ventilating hose and also fix its collar.

Track, that collars did not adjoin to suspension bracket components!

17. Establish a protector.
18. Establish the right back wheel.

19. Lower in a tank assemblage of the fuel pump/gauge of the expense of fuel. Screw fixing nuts and tighten them in strictly certain order with demanded effort (3 6 Nanometers).

20. Fill in in a tank fuel.
