Removal and installation of the fan of system of cooling

Removal

PERFORMANCE ORDER

1. Disconnect a negative wire from the battery.

If the stereosystem established on the car is equipped by a security code before to disconnect the battery make sure that have a correct combination for audiosystem input in action!

2. Disconnect electroconducting from the electric motor of a drive of the fan.
3. Remove a broad tank (see Has undressed Service, removal and installation of a radiator of system of cooling).
4. Release two bottom bolts of fastening of a casing of the fan to a radiator.
5. Turn out two top fixing bolts.
6. Lift assemblage of a casing with the fan and take it from an impellent compartment.
7. Release fixture and remove the fan from a casing.

Installation

Installation is made upside-down. Pay attention to following moments:

a) Before cover the fan electric motor grease a carving part of fixture with hermetic;
b) After installation make sure that the fan at rotation does not publish extraneous sounds, and крыльчатка does not touch a casing.
