Service, removal and installation of a radiator of system of cooling
|
|
Do not start performance of procedures before full cooling of the engine. Preventions in the beginning see also Has undressed Antifreeze - the general data. |
Service without removal
|
|
On models with a turbo-supercharging check is made on a mouth of a filling tank. |
|
|
|
1. Muffle the engine, carefully wipe all joints subject to check and connections.
2. Uncover a jellied mouth of a radiator, in case of need add in a radiator cooling liquid for lifting of level of last mouth to the bottom cut.
3. Connect to a jellied mouth the special adaptation for check of a radiator and create in the last pressure in 157 кПа. Check up assemblage of a radiator and it штуцерные connections on presence of signs of leaks of a liquid. Examine also about development of leaks радиаторные hoses. |

Removal

|
1. Disconnect a negative wire from the battery.
|
|
If the stereosystem established on the car is equipped by a security code before to disconnect the battery make sure that have a correct combination for audiosystem input in action! |
2. Empty cooling system (Routine maintenance see the Head). If replacement of a cooling liquid was made recently, keep it for the further use (the prevention in Section Antifreeze - the general data see).
3. Disconnect top and bottom радиаторные hoses from the engine.
4. Uncover a belt.
5. On models without a turbo-supercharging disconnect a broad tank and переливной a hose.
6. On models with a turbo-supercharging disconnect from a radiator a hose going to a filling tank.
7. Disconnect electroconducting from the basic and auxiliary fans. |
| 8. Disconnect arms of fastening of a radiator. |

9. Having raised a radiator, slightly shift it to the left.
10. Disconnect bringing and taking away lines of cooling ATF. Merge in the prepared capacity a working liquid.
11. Lift a radiator upwards and take it from an impellent compartment of the car. |

Installation
|
|
1. Put on rubber pillows of support fingers in the bottom part радиаторной assemblages.
2. Fill pillows in nests on the forward panel and establish a radiator.
3. Establish arms of fastening of a radiator. Screw and strongly tighten fixing bolts.
4. Connect electroconducting to the basic and auxiliary radiators.
5. Connect top and bottom радиаторный hoses.
6. Establish a broad tank and переливной a hose.
7. Establish a belt.
8. Connect a negative wire to the battery.
9. Fill in in system cooling liquid.

On models with a turbo-supercharging the cooling liquid is filled in in a filling tank. |
10. Achieve a raising of level of a cooling liquid to the top mark in a wall of a broad tank.
11. Establish a cover of a jellied mouth of a radiator and a stopper for air release.
12. Warm up the engine to normal working temperature, having allowed to it to work within 5 minutes at turns from 2000 to 3000 in a minute.
13. Muffle the engine and wait, while the temperature of a cooling liquid will decrease to safe value.
14. Remove a stopper and a cover of a jellied mouth of a radiator.
15. If liquid level in a radiator has decreased, add it to the bottom cut of a mouth.
16. Check up liquid level in a broad tank, in case of need make corresponding updating.
17. Establish a stopper and a cover of a jellied mouth. |
