At work with power supply system components observe all taken measures of fire safety. Do not smoke! Do not come nearer to a place of work with open fire or the redurable not protected by a lamp shade!
Do not make system service in the premises equipped working on natural gas and heating devices equipped with a control torch (such as водогреи and dryers for clothes).

Lines of a fuel path of the power supply system are laid between a petrol tank and an impellent compartment. Steel tubes and flexible fuel hoses fasten to the bottom of the car by means of clips and screw fixture. Each time when the car rises over the earth with any purpose (for example, for survey or replacement of components of system of release of the fulfilled gases), try to take advantage of a case and to check up a condition of fuel lines and them штуцерных connections.

1. Attentively examine all hoses and tubes of a fuel path on presence of cracks, twisting, deformations and other mechanical damages.

At easing and a tightening штуцерных connections use two wrenches to avoid проворачивания a reciprocal part of a socket. Without fail check a condition used for hermetic sealing штуцерных connections of sealing rings. The worn out or mechanically damaged rings at once replace. Try to use as replaceable components only firm details. |

Flexible hoses

At replacement of fuel hoses use only the firm components calculated on high internal pressure. |
Flexible fuel hoses should be laid not more close than in 10 sm from components of system of release of the fulfilled gases and is not closer than in 25 sm from каталитического than the converter. Watch, that fuel lines did not adjoin with кузовными elements and suspension bracket components. The minimum admissible size of a backlash makes 6.3 mm.
Replacement

1. Dump pressure in the power supply system (see Has undressed pressure Dump in the power supply system).
2. Liberate section of a fuel path subject to dismantle from intermediate clamps of its fastening to the car bottom. |
| 3. In most cases flexible hoses fasten to metal lines by means of collars of spring type. For отпускания a collar compress its flat-nose pliers and shift upwards on a hose. 5. Installation is made upside-down. On sockets of fast joining track for защелкиванием both lock uvulas in reception flutes. |

Repair
In case of damage of a metal or flexible fuel line it is necessary to replace the failed section only firm a corresponding standard size. |
