Removal, service and installation of a back nave

On the models equipped ABS, try not to damage rotors of wheel gauges!

The stupichnyj bearing is not subject to a reuse and should act in film only in case of need its replacements.

Removal and dismantling

 PERFORMANCE ORDER

1. Remove a power shaft (see Has undressed Removal, service and installation of back power shafts).
2. Give nuts and fastening bolts ступичной assemblages to the bottom part of a rack of a suspension bracket.
3. Remove ступичную assemblage.
4. Remove with ступичной assemblages a brake board.
5. With the help ступичного the stand (927080000) and a stripper (9274200000) выпрессуйте a nave from an assemblage casing.
6. Having hooked a screw-driver, take internal and external epiploons.
7. Remove a lock ring.
8. By means of a stripper (927440000) and the stand (927430000) выпрессуйте from a casing the bearing.
9. On the models equipped ABS, remove a rotor of the wheel gauge.
10. By means of the stand (927080000) выпрессуйте ступичный a bolt.


Assemblage and installation

 PERFORMANCE ORDER

1. Before installation carefully clean a casing ступичной assemblages.
2. Grease and establish the new bearing and epiploons. Track correctness of landing in the flute of a lock ring.
3. The further assemblage and installation are made in an order, the return to an order of dismantle of components. Track, that all fixture has been tightened with demanded effort.
