Removal and installation of the executive cylinder of coupling

 PERFORMANCE ORDER

1. Remove air cleaner assemblage (see the Head of the Power supply system and release).
2. Disconnect from the executive cylinder a hydraulic line, - for отдавания штуцерной nuts take advantage special накидным of a key with a cutting head, prepare for gathering of a spilt liquid, at once закупорьте the open end of a tube.

Do not suppose hit of a hydraulic liquid on painted кузовные a surface.

3. Turn out fixing bolts and remove assemblage of the executive cylinder.
4. Installation is made upside-down. Check up a condition dusterа a pusher, track reliability of landing of a pusher in a reception nest of the lever of deenergizing. Tighten fixing bolts with demanded effort.
5. Fill in in the tank of the main cylinder necessary quantity of a hydraulic liquid of a demanded grade (Routine maintenance see the Head).
6. In summary pump over system (see Has undressed Removal of air from a hydraulic path of a drive of deenergizing of coupling).

Removal, check of a condition and installation of components of assemblage of coupling

Remember that developed in the course of deterioration of frictional overlays of a conducted disk of coupling the dust can contain unhealthy asbestos.

Do not blow off a dust the compressed air and try not to inhale it.

Do not apply to rubbing of components of coupling solvents on an oil basis, - use only special brake cleaners or pure methyl spirit.

The used rags before recycling put in tightly closed container.


Removal

For the purpose of providing of access to coupling assemblage usually remove a transmission, leaving the engine on the car.

If the engine is already removed for performance of the general or major repairs, the condition of components of coupling should be checked without fail.

Considering rather low cost of details and enough great volume of metalwork works on providing of access to coupling assemblage, it makes sense to make replacement with last without dependence from a condition of its components.

If the stereosystem established on the car is equipped by a security code before to disconnect the battery make sure that have a correct combination for audiosystem input in action!


 PERFORMANCE ORDER

1. Disconnect a negative wire from the battery.
2. Remove air cleaner assemblage (see the Head of the Power supply system and release).
3. Remove a cable of a drive of a speedometer (the gear change Box see the Head).
4. Поддомкратьте the car also establish it on props.
5. Remove a gear change box (the gear change Box see the Head).
6. Remove the executive cylinder of coupling (the Power supply system and release Section see).
7. Operating in a diagonal order, in stages (on ј a turn for the approach) in regular intervals ослабьте six bolts of fastening of a basket of coupling to a flywheel, completely having unloaded диафрагменную a spring. Reliably supporting assemblage, definitively turn out bolts, then separate a basket from a flywheel and remove knot from the car. Remove выжимной the bearing and the lever of deenergizing of coupling.
8. In order to avoid loss of a conducted disk at basket removal, pass in its nave the tool intended for centering of coupling.

Check of a condition of components

More often infringement of serviceability of functioning of coupling appears connected with deterioration of frictional overlays of a conducted disk. Nevertheless, it is necessary to study attentively also a condition of all other components of assemblage.

If on a surface of components of assemblage there are traces of oil/zapolirovannye to shine sites, it is necessary to reveal and eliminate the leak reason, - check up a condition of a back epiploon of a cranked shaft and an epiploon of a primary shaft of a transmission, in case of need replace defective components.


 PERFORMANCE ORDER

1. Examine a working surface of a flywheel on presence of cracks, traces of an overheat, furrows and other damages. Insignificant defects can be eliminated a way проточки in the conditions of a car-care centre workshop (проточку it is recommended to make without dependence from a surface condition).
2. Check up a condition of the directing bearing (see Has undressed Removal, service and installation of forward power shafts).
3. Estimate degree of deterioration of frictional overlays of a conducted disk of coupling. The surface of overlays should tower over heads of rivets at least on 0.8 mm. Make sure of density of landing of all rivets, check up торсионные springs/dempfery on presence of cracks, traces of deformation and other mechanical damages. As already it was mentioned above, replacement of components of coupling it is reasonable to make each time at assemblage dismantle, therefore pay attention to the slightest errors.
4. Together with a conducted disk always it is replaced as well выжимной the bearing.

1. Estimate a condition of the processed surfaces of a press disk and petals диафрагменной springs. At revealing of defects replace basket assemblage. Traces of easy polishing can be removed by means of a fine-grained emery paper. 3. Manually check up smoothness of rotation выжимного and directing bearings. In case of need make replacement.

Installation

 PERFORMANCE ORDER

1. Before installation wipe surfaces of a flywheel exposed to machining and a press disk the rags moistened in acetone. It is extremely important to achieve full degreasing of working surfaces of components, no less than frictional overlays of a conducted disk. Touch components only with purely washed up hands.
2. Establish the lever of deenergizing of coupling and the holder выжимного the bearing.
3. Slightly grease молибденсодержащей with greasing internal flutes of the holder выжимного the bearing, шлицы primary shaft РКПП and contact surfaces of the lever of deenergizing.
4. At installation of the new directing bearing запрессуйте it in a landing nest заподлицо with a flywheel surface. Operating strictly in a certain order, tighten with demanded effort bolts of fastening of a flywheel.
5. Using the tool for a coupling centering, establish on a flywheel a conducted disk.
6. Press to a flywheel assemblage of a basket of coupling with the press disk enclosed in it. Track, that located on a flywheel and a landing flange of a basket of a label in the form of letters "About" have appeared are developed at an angle nearby 120 to each other.
7. By hand tighten bolts of fastening of assemblage to a flywheel.
8. Make a centering of components of assemblage of coupling. The special tool is passed through a nave of a conducted disk and refuels in directing bearing in an end face of a pin of a cranked shaft. For alignment of components move the tool every which way in vertical and horizontal planes. Operating in strictly certain order, in stages densely tighten bolts of fastening of assemblage, then hold on them with demanded effort. Take the tool for a coupling centering.
9. Establish into place выжимной the bearing.
10. Establish into place a gear change box (the gear change Box see the Head).
