Removal of air from a hydraulic path of a drive of deenergizing of coupling

Prorolling of a hydraulic drive of deenergizing of coupling should be carried out each time after removal of its components and also when liquid level in the tank of the main cylinder falls so that air gets to assemblage. A principle of prorolling the same, as used at removal of air from a brake path.

PERFORMANCE ORDER

1. Remove an air cleaner (see the Head of the Power supply system and release).
2. Fill in in the tank of the main cylinder fresh brake liquid DOT 3.

Do not use the liquid repeatedly already extorted from system, and also, a liquid, long time stored in leaky closed container.

3. Remove a dustproof cap and pull on the gate of prorolling of the executive cylinder the end of a plastic hose approaching on the size. The second end of a hose lower in partially filled brake liquid a transparent vessel. Track, that the hose cut has appeared entirely is shipped in a liquid.
4. Ask the assistant to squeeze out a pedal of coupling and to fix it in the bottom position. Slightly open the gate of prorolling and let out a liquid from the cylinder in drain capacity. 5. Continue prorolling in the same manner until the liquid leaving the cylinder completely will not be released from air bubbles. 6. Having finished prorolling, disconnect a hose and establish into place a dustproof cap. In case of need add to the tank a little more a hydraulic liquid. Check up serviceability of functioning of coupling.
