 PERFORMANCE ORDER

1. Merge oil from the pallet картера (Routine maintenance see the Head).
2. Empty cooling system (see the Head of System of cooling, heating).
3. Remove covers газораспределительного a belt and components of drive ГРМ (see above).
4. Remove the water pump (see the Head of System of cooling, heating).
5. Remove the oil pump.


Dismantling

Stopper easing редукционного the valve should be made before removal of the pump from the engine.


 PERFORMANCE ORDER

1. Turn out screws of fastening of a cover of the oil pump.
2. Take internal components.

Before extraction mark mutual position of gear wheels (rotors) of the pump, - at assemblage they should be established similarly.

3. Turn out the stopper weakened earlier and take components редукционного the valve, - try to remember an order of installation of components in a landing nest.

Check

Measurement of working backlashes of pump assemblage

 PERFORMANCE ORDER

1. With the help probeа лезвийного type measure backlash size between tops of teeths of internal and external rotors of the pump. If the result of measurement falls outside the limits an admissible range (Specifications see) replace both rotors.
2. By the same probeом measure backlash size between a forming surface of an external rotor and a wall of the case of the pump. Compare result of measurements to requirements of Specifications in case of need make rotor or case replacement.
3. Measure backlash size between a face surface of an internal rotor and a pump cover (axial люфт rotors). If the result of measurement falls outside the limits an admissible range (Specifications see) replace both rotors or the case of pump assemblage.

Condition check редукционного the valve

Check up density of landing of the valve in the saddle. Examine a spring on presence of signs of development of corrosion and mechanical damages. Make replacement of defective components.

The pump case

Estimate degree of deterioration of an aperture under landing of a pin of a cranked shaft and a nest under landing of rotors. Make sure of absence of cracks and other mechanical damages. The defective case is subject to replacement.

Forward epiploon of a cranked shaft

Check up a condition of sealing sponges of an epiploon. In case of revealing of deformation, signs of hardening and other defects replace an epiploon.

 PERFORMANCE ORDER

1. Plant a new epiploon in the case of the oil pump.
2. Establish both rotors of the pump, - track correctness of combination of the landing labels put in the course of dismantle.
3. Establish components редукционного the valve and a pump cover, fixture tighten with demanded effort.


Installation

At installation also it is necessary to grease a carving of the gauge of pressure of oil with hermetic.


 PERFORMANCE ORDER

1. Installation is made in an order, the return to a dismantle order.
2. Before installation it is necessary to grease an interfaced surface with liquid hermetic, the sealing ring is subject to replacement. Try not to damage sealing sponges an epiploon.
