Condition check

1. Loosen the nuts of fastening of wheels, cock a lay brake, поддомкратьте the car and establish it on props. Remove a corresponding wheel. On models 4WD Tacoma and all models 4Runner screw pair of wheel nuts back on fixing hairpins, having enclosed under them washers in the thickness of 3 mm for the purpose of fixing of a brake disk.
2. Remove a brake support (the Section Check and adjustment of height of position and a free wheeling of a pedal of a foot brake see) and tie up it aside a wire to a suspension bracket element, without disconnecting a brake hose, - try, that the hose has not appeared will pull or is overwound. |
| 3. Make visual check of a condition of both working surfaces of a disk. |

| 4. Easy defects can be eliminated by means of a fine-grained emery paper. For removal of furrows by depth more a disk it is necessary to remove and subject than 0.4 mm проточке. Remember that disk survey should be made from its both parties! |

Removal

2. Remove assemblage of a support of the brake mechanism and, without disconnecting from it a hydraulic hose, tie up aside to suspension bracket elements.

4. Remove a disk of the brake mechanism with ступичной assemblages, - in case of need screw in specially provided apertures in a disk pair of bolts on 8 mm and with from the help separate a disk from a nave. |

Back disk brake mechanisms

1. Поддомкратьте a back of the car also establish it on props. Prop up forward wheels противооткатными boots. Remove back wheels.
2. Remove a support with анкерной скобы the brake mechanism and, without disconnecting a hydraulic hose, tie up it aside to suspension bracket elements.

4. Separate a brake disk from a nave, - in case of need take advantage of pair 8-millimetrovymh bolts. |
