Removal and installation of basic components ABS

The scheme of an arrangement of basic components ABS

Assemblage of the hydraulic modulator/block of management ABS

Try in the course of removal and installation not to overturn assemblage of the hydraulic modulator and not to put it sideways!


 PERFORMANCE ORDER

1. Disconnect a negative wire from the battery.

If the stereosystem established on the car is equipped by a security code before to disconnect the battery make sure that have a correct combination for audiosystem input in action!

2. Release and remove a clamp of contact socket ECU ABS. Disconnect about the block of management electroconducting.
3. Release a cable clamp. Preliminary having marked, disconnect from the modulator block hydraulic lines, - at once закупорьте the open ends of lines and штуцерных connections.
4. Give fixing bolts/nuts and remove assemblage of hydraulic modulator/ECU ABS.

Installation is made upside-down. At installation of new assemblage do not forget to cover a head of the tightened fixing bolts with anticorrosive structure of type Rust Preventive Wax (Nippeco LT or GB).

The valve-terminator

The valve-terminator is not subject to regenerative repair and in case of failure is replaced in gathering!

The valve-terminator is located in the right part of an impellent compartment of the car around the top support of a rack of a suspension bracket.

 PERFORMANCE ORDER

1. Disconnect from the valve hydraulic lines and at once закупорьте their open ends.
2. Remove the valve from a basic arm.
3. Installation is made upside-down, track, that fixing bolts have been tightened with demanded effort (14 13 Nanometers).
4. In summary pump over a hydraulic path.

 PERFORMANCE ORDER

1. Поддомкратьте the car also establish it on props. Remove a corresponding forward wheel.
2. Remove a support of the corresponding brake mechanism and, without disconnecting from it a hydraulic line, tie up to suspension bracket elements.
3. Disconnect electroconducting from the wheel gauge and remove last with ступичной assemblages.
4. Mark position of a brake disk concerning a nave. Remove a disk.
5. Give ступичную a nut.
6. Remove a rack of the stabilizer of cross-section stability.
7. Loosen the a nut of fastening of a spherical support of the cross-section lever also liberate a support from ступичной assemblages.
8. Beat out a spring pin of fastening of an internal SHRUS and remove power shaft assemblage.
9. Disconnect from ступичной assemblages steering draught and liberate spherical hinges.
10. Mark head position развального a bolt. Turn out fastening bolts ступичной assemblages to a suspension bracket rack.
11. Remove ступичную assemblage from the car.
12. By means of a press dismantle with ступичной assemblages a nave.
13. Turn out bolts of fastening of a rotor of the wheel gauge to a nave flange. Remove a rotor.
14. Installation is made upside-down, - do not forget to replace a spring pin of fastening of an internal SHRUS and ступичную a nut. See, that all fixture has been tightened with demanded effort (Specifications to Heads Coupling, трансмиссионная a line and Brake system see).

Rotors of back wheel gauges

 PERFORMANCE ORDER

1. Поддомкратьте the car also establish it on props. Remove a corresponding back wheel.
2. Remove a support of the corresponding brake mechanism and, without disconnecting from it a hydraulic line, tie up to suspension bracket elements.
3. Disconnect electroconducting from the wheel gauge and remove last with ступичной assemblages.
4. Mark position of a brake disk concerning a nave. Remove a disk.
5. Give ступичную a nut.
6. Turn out bolts of fastening of cross-section and longitudinal levers of a suspension bracket.
7. Beat out a spring pin of fastening of an internal SHRUS and remove semiaxis assemblage.
8. Turn out fastening bolts ступичной assemblages to a suspension bracket rack.
9. Remove ступичную assemblage from the car.
10. By means of a press dismantle with ступичной assemblages a nave.
11. Turn out bolts of fastening of a rotor of the wheel gauge to a nave flange. Remove a rotor.
12. Installation is made upside-down, - do not forget to replace a spring pin of fastening of an internal SHRUS, ступичную a nut and самоконтрящиеся bolts of fastening of levers of a suspension bracket. See, that all fixture has been tightened with demanded effort (Specifications to Heads Coupling, трансмиссионная a line, Brake system and the Suspension bracket and a steering see).

Forward wheel gauges

 PERFORMANCE ORDER

1. Поддомкратьте the car also establish it on props.
2. Disconnect from the gauge electroconducting.
3. Turn out a bolt of fastening of the gauge and a plait of its electroconducting.
4. Remove the wheel gauge with ступичной assemblages.
5. Installation is made upside-down, - track, that all fixture has been tightened with demanded effort. In summary make adjustment of an air backlash between the gauge and its rotor (see more low).

Back wheel gauges

 PERFORMANCE ORDER

1. Поддомкратьте the car also establish it on props.
2. Disconnect from the gauge electroconducting.
3. Turn out a bolt of fastening of the gauge.
4. Remove the wheel gauge with ступичной assemblages.
5. Installation is made upside-down, - track, that all fixture has been tightened with demanded effort. In summary make adjustment of an air backlash between the gauge and its rotor (see more low).

Adjustment of an air backlash between the wheel gauge and its alarm rotor

 PERFORMANCE ORDER

1. Поддомкратьте the car also establish it on props. Remove a corresponding wheel.
2. Measure backlash size between the wheel gauge located behind a brake disk and each of 44 teeths of its alarm rotor. Compare results of measurements to requirements of Specifications.
3. If the backlash is insufficient, take advantage for its expansion by the special adaptation (26755АА000).
4. Updating of excessively big backlash is made by rotor replacement / the wheel gauge.
