Removal
Check of a free wheeling of a pedal of a foot brake
|

|
1. Disconnect the vacuum hose brought to the amplifier from the inlet pipeline of the engine. Try not to damage a hose, removing it from the union on amplifier assemblage.
2. In car salon find knot of connection of a rod of a pusher of the vacuum amplifier to a pedal of a foot brake, - (in case of need take advantage of a pocket small lamp). At first disconnect a returnable spring, then take шплинт, liberate a cylindrical pin and disconnect a cutting finger of a pusher from the pedal lever.
3. Give fixing nuts and cautiously remove from assemblage of the vacuum amplifier the main brake cylinder (see Has undressed Removal and installation of the main brake cylinder) - try not to admit перегибания and twisting of hydraulic lines.
4. From outside salon at the left under the panel of devices give four nuts of fastening of assemblage of the vacuum amplifier to a partition of an impellent compartment, - in case of need take advantage of a pocket small lamp.
5. Pass in an impellent compartment and remove assemblage of the vacuum amplifier from a back partition. Pull assemblage strictly on an axis of its installation before full liberation of a rod of a pusher. Take assemblage from an impellent compartment. |

Installation and adjustment

1. Installation is made upside-down. All fixture tighten with demanded effort. Do not forget to replace шплинт a pin of fastening of a rod of a pusher to a pedal. Track reliability of fixing of a returnable spring.
2. Check up size выступания “L” a rod of pusher ГТЦ, - demanded value makes 10.00 mm.
3. Operating in an order, the return to a dismantle order, establish assemblage of the vacuum amplifier of brakes on the regular place, - operate extremely cautiously, try not to suppose applying of lateral loadings to a pusher rod. In case of need replace a protective cover of a rod.
