Removal

Do not disconnect from a support a hydraulic hose and do not squeeze out a pedal of a foot brake after support removal! |

| 1. Loosen the nuts of fastening of forward wheels. Поддомкратьте redock of the car also establish it on props, prop up противооткатными boots back wheels. Remove forward wheels.
2. Pump out from tank GTTS approximately 2/3 brake liquids, - at отжимании pistons level the liquid can start to be superseded from the tank. Get drain capacity under assemblage of the brake mechanism and process a surface of the last a special cleaner.
3. Turn out the bottom directing bolt of a support.
4. Having developed a support, remove it from a brake disk and tie up a wire in the lifted position.
5. Take from анкерной скобы the brake mechanism Pads, clamps and adjusting washers.
6. Estimate degree of deterioration of frictional overlays brake колодок. If Pads are worn out below an admissible limit (Specifications see) prepare the replaceable complete set. |

Installation

1. Wring out the piston in assemblage of wheel cylinders, - track, that the brake liquid has not started to flow too much tank GTTS, in case of need pump out from the tank surplus of a liquid.
2. Grease антивизговым with structure interfaced surfaces колодок, their clamps and internal adjusting linings.
3. Establish антивизговые adjusting linings both колодок. Fill in анкерную скобу the brake mechanism spring clamps, then establish Pads.
4. Lower a support and achieve hit of ledges колодок in reception grooves of pistons.
5. Establish the bottom directing finger.
6. Some times squeeze out a pedal of a foot brake for усадки mechanism components.
