Vacuum hose
|
1. Check up a condition and reliability of fixing on unions brought to клапанной to assemblage of a vacuum hose. The main switch темпостата 2. Include ignition, translate the switch in position ON (Вкл) and make sure of serviceability of operation of a display lamp of the switch. While translating the switch in position OFF (Выкл) the display lamp should go out. 3. Again include темпостат - the display lamp should light up. Switch off, then again include ignition, - at ignition inclusion the display lamp should remain in the extinguished position (темпостат it is switched off). |

Trial runs
|
1. Having left on малозагруженную a direct highway, disperse the car till the speed of 40 km/h (25 miles/ch) and translate the main switch темпостата in position ON (Вкл). By means of the combined operating switch темпостата choose a mode “SET/COAST”. Make sure of serviceability поддерживания system of the chosen cruiser high-speed mode. 2. Safety locks

Темпостат does not support a cruiser high-speed mode
Execute all listed primary checks. If elimination of the revealed malfunctions does not lead to problem elimination, pass to electric checks of signals of input/conclusion, or make reading of diagnostic codes (see more low).
Actually supported value of cruiser speed differs from the chosen
Check up serviceability of functioning nasosno-klapannoj assemblage and an actuation mechanism (see more low). If it is not possible to reveal any infringements, replace ECU темпостата.
Check of serviceability of functioning of components темпостата

Models of cars considered in the present Management are equipped by system of additional safety (SRS).
Before to start performance of any works near to the block of a pillow of safety, a steering column or the instrument panel, disconnect SRS in order to avoid reception of traumas at its casual operation (the Section System of additional safety (SRS) - the device and a functioning principle see).

The servo-driver (actuation mechanism)
Disconnect from an actuation mechanism a vacuum hose. By means of the manual vacuum pump create on the servo-driver depression by depth about 305 mm hg If at giving of the stipulated depression there is no full opening throttle заслонки, replace an actuation mechanism. If заслонка opens against the stop, dump depression, - заслонка should quickly and pass smoothly in completely closed position. If closing заслонки does not occur, replace the servo-driver.

The gauge-switch of disconnection of a chain of a starter (model with РКПП)
Disconnect from the gauge-switch electroconducting. At the released pedal of coupling conductivity between gauge-switch plugs should take place, at squeezed out - is not present. At negative results of check replace the gauge-switch.
The combined operating switch темпостата

1. Switch off ignition and disconnect electroconducting from the combined operating switch located on a steering wheel темпостата. |
2. Translate the switch in position SET/COAST and measure resistance between plugs №№ 1 and 2 in a socket of a plait of electroconducting. If the result of measurement makes less than 10 Ohm, pass to a following stage of check, otherwise replace assemblage of the operating switch. |

3. At switched off mode RESUME/ACCEL measure resistance between plugs №№ 1 and 2 switches. If the result of measurement makes more than 1 МОм, pass to a following stage of check, otherwise replace the switch.
4. Translate the switch in position RESUME/ACCEL and measure resistance between plugs №№ 1 and 3 contact sockets. If the result of measurement makes less than 10 Ohm, pass to a following stage of check, otherwise replace assemblage of the operating switch.
5. Switch off mode RESUME/ACCEL and repeat last check. If the result of measurement makes more than 1 МОм, pass to a following stage of check, otherwise replace the switch.
6. Disconnect electroconducting from ECU темпостата and measure resistance between the plug № 2 sockets of the switch and the plug № 6 sockets of the module of management. If the result of measurement makes less than 10 Ohm, pass to a following stage of check, otherwise check up a condition of connecting electroconducting and make necessary regenerative repair.
7. Measure resistance between the plug № 3 sockets of the switch and the plug № 7 sockets of the module of management. If the result of measurement makes less than 10 Ohm, replace ECU темпостата, otherwise check up a condition of connecting electroconducting and make necessary regenerative repair. |

1. Nasosno-klapannaja assemblage settles down in an impellent compartment of the car, near to the top support of the right rack of a forward suspension bracket. Disconnect from assemblage electroconducting and measure resistance between corresponding plugs of a contact socket of assemblage (see the table). Identification of plugs of a contact socket is presented on an accompanying illustration. At negative results of check replace nasosno-klapannuju assemblage. |

2. Switch off ignition. Disconnect from nasosno-klapannoj assemblages electroconducting and submit (+) batteries on the plug № 2 contact sockets of assemblage, plugs №№ 1, 3 and 4 earth. If within 3 seconds throttle заслонка completely will not open, replace nasosno-klapannuju assemblage, otherwise pass to a following stage of check. 3. Disconnect weight from the plug № 3, - заслонка should remain in open position, otherwise replace nasosno-klapannuju assemblage. 4. 1. Reading is made by means of the special scanner (24082АА010). Diagnostics is made in two modes: a mode of refusal and in a mode of real time. 2. For revealing of malfunctions in the first mode carrying out of trial runs is required. The module of self-diagnostics of system will keep codes of the refusals occurring during movement. In case of revealing more than two refusals, corresponding codes will be highlighted by the scanner consistently (as numbering). 3. During check in a mode of real time check of serviceability of a condition of a subsystem of entrance signals is made. Check is made on the motionless car, simulating signals move on corresponding components темпостата, results are fixed by means of the scanner.

- Switch SET/COAST switching should result to switchings of modes of the switch (ON/OFF);
- Switch RESUME/ACCEL switching should result to switchings of modes of the switch (ON/OFF);
- Squeezing of a pedal of coupling should lead to switchings of positions of the gauge-switch of disconnection of a chain of a starter (ON/OFF);
- The conclusion of the lever of selector AT from position “Р” / ”N” should lead to switchings of positions of the gauge-switch of the permission of start (ON/OFF);

3. Repeat the check described above at the squeezed out pedal of coupling. If the result of measurement makes more than 1 МОм, pass to a following stage of check, otherwise replace the gauge-switch. |

1. In the course of trial runs make sure of serviceability of functioning of a speedometer, in case of need make corresponding regenerative repair, then pass to a following stage of check.

3. Include ignition and translate the main switch темпостата in position ON (Вкл). Translate the scanner in mode CURRENT DATA DISPLAY and SAVE. 4. Switch off ignition. Remove a combination of devices. Disconnect electroconducting from the management module темпостата and measure resistance between the plug № 18 contact sockets of a plait of electroconducting ECU and the plug № 11 sockets of a plait of a combination of devices. If the result of measurement makes less than 10 Ohm, pass to a following stage of check, otherwise check up an electroconducting condition, make necessary regenerative repair.
5. Measure resistance between weight and the plug № 18 contact sockets of electroconducting ECU. If the result of measurement makes more than 1 МОм, pass to a following stage of check, otherwise replace an electroconducting socket/plait.
6. Disconnect electroconducting from VSS 2 and measure resistance between plugs №№ 1 and 2 its contact sockets. If the result of measurement lies within a range 350 450 Ohm, pass to a following stage of check, otherwise replace VSS.
7. Сымитируйте movement of the car with a speed of 20 km/h (12 miles/ch). Translate the voltmeter in a mode of measurement of an alternating current and measure pressure between plugs №№ 1 and 2 contact sockets of the gauge. If the result of measurement makes more than ~2 In, replace/repair a combination of devices, otherwise replace VSS 2. |

If the result of measurement makes more than 10 In, pass to a following stage of check, otherwise check up an electroconducting condition on a chain site between the assembly block of safety locks and the combined operating switch темпостата, make necessary regenerative repair. |

5. Switch off ignition and restore initial connection of electroconducting of the switch.
6. Translate switch SET/COAST in position ON (Вкл) and the digital voltmeter connected to weight probe the plug № 2 from the back party of a contact socket of the combined switch. If the result of measurement makes more than 10 In, pass to a following stage of check, otherwise replace assemblage of the operating switch.
7. Operating in a similar manner, probe the plug № 3 at translated in position ON (Вкл) switch RESUME/ACCEL. If the result of measurement makes more than 10 In, pass to a following stage of check, otherwise replace assemblage of the operating switch.
8. Translate in position ON (Вкл) switch CANCEL and once again probe the plug № 2. If the result of measurement makes more than 10 In, pass to a following stage of check, otherwise replace assemblage of the operating switch.
9. Without switching off mode CANCEL, probe the plug № 3 sockets. If the result of measurement makes more than 10 In, pass to a following stage of check, otherwise replace assemblage of the operating switch.
10. Switch off ignition. Disconnect electroconducting from the combined operating switch темпостата and measure resistance between plugs №№ 1 and 2 its contact sockets. 11. Translate switch SET/COAST in position OFF (Выкл) and measure resistance between plugs №№ 1 and 2 contact sockets of electroconducting (from outside the switch). If the result of measurement makes more than 1 МОм, pass to a following stage of check, otherwise replace assemblage of the operating switch.
12. Translate in position ON (Вкл) switch RESUME/ACCEL. Measure resistance between plugs №№ 1 and 3 contact sockets of the switch. If the result of measurement makes less than 10 Ohm, pass to a following stage of check, otherwise replace assemblage of the operating switch and repeat last check.
13. Disconnect mode RESUME/ACCEL. Also repeat last check. If the result of measurement makes more than 1 МОм, pass to a following stage of check, otherwise replace assemblage of the operating switch.
14. Disconnect electroconducting from the combined operating switch темпостата. Measure resistance between the plug № 2 contact sockets of the switch and the plug № 6 sockets of the module of management (ECU) темпостата. If the result of measurement makes less than 10 Ohm, pass to a following stage of check, otherwise check up an electroconducting condition, make necessary regenerative repair.
15. Measure resistance between the plug № 3 contact sockets of the switch and the plug № 7 sockets of the module of management (ECU) темпостата. If the result of measurement makes less than 10 Ohm, replace the management module, otherwise check up an electroconducting condition, make necessary regenerative repair. |

Diagnostic codes 21, 22 and 23 (the vacuum valve and veins-tiljatsionnye valves 1 and 2)

1. Disconnect electroconducting from actuation mechanism assemblage темпостата and measure resistance between plugs №№ 2 and 3 its contact sockets. If the result of measurement makes less than 22 Ohm, pass to a following stage of check, otherwise replace actuation mechanism assemblage. |

Disconnect electroconducting from the management module (ECU) темпостата and measure resistance between the plug № 1 contact socket of the module of management and the plug № 1 socket of an actuation mechanism. If the result of measurement makes less than 10 Ohm, pass to a following stage of check, otherwise check up an electroconducting condition on a chain site between ECU and an actuation mechanism темпостата. Make necessary regenerative repair.
5. Measure resistance between the plug № 8 contact sockets of the module of management and the plug № 2 sockets of an actuation mechanism. If the result of measurement makes less than 10 Ohm, pass to a following stage of check, otherwise check up an electroconducting condition on a chain site between ECU and an actuation mechanism темпостата. Make necessary regenerative repair.
6. Measure resistance between the plug № 11 contact sockets of the module of management and the plug № 3 sockets of an actuation mechanism. If the result of measurement makes less than 10 Ohm, pass to a following stage of check, otherwise check up an electroconducting condition on a chain site between ECU and an actuation mechanism темпостата. Make necessary regenerative repair.
7. Measure resistance between the plug № 2 contact sockets of the module of management and the plug № 4 sockets of an actuation mechanism. If the result of measurement makes less than 10 Ohm, replace the management module, otherwise check up an electroconducting condition on a chain site between ECU and an actuation mechanism темпостата. Make necessary regenerative repair. |

1. Check up quality of the soldering of the relay in the management module. Make sure of serviceability of giving to ECU a food, check up reliability of grounding of the module of management. 2.
