Repair and car operation

Removal and installation of components of cleaners/washers of glasses

Models of cars considered in the present Management are equipped by system of additional safety (SRS).

Before to start performance of any works near to the block of a pillow of safety, a steering column or the instrument panel, disconnect SRS in order to avoid reception of traumas at its casual operation (the Section System of additional safety (SRS) - the device and a functioning principle see).

Electroconducting of chain SRS is easy for distinguishing on yellow colour of isolation.

The tank of a washing liquid

The tank of a washing liquid settles down in the left forward corner of an impellent compartment.

PERFORMANCE ORDER

1. Turn out fixing bolts, raise the tank and disconnect electroconducting from assemblage of the pump of giving of a washing liquid.
2. Remove the tank.

Installation is made upside-down.

PERFORMANCE ORDER


1. Preliminary having moistened with a solution of soap water, remove a sealing strip and a lattice forward обтекателя. 2. Disconnect from drive the motor electroconducting.
3. Turn out bolts of fastening of assemblage of the electromotor.
4. Give a fastening nut приводной bent for to the back party of the electromotor and remove the motor. 5. Give nuts of fastening left connecting муфты. 6. Separate the left and right draughts from the central connecting knot. 7. Give nuts of fastening right connecting муфты. 8. Take draughts through a service aperture in the forward panel.

Installation is made upside-down.

The electromotor of a drive of a back screen wiper

PERFORMANCE ORDER

1. Remove a protective cap and give a nut of fastening of the lever of a back screen wiper.
2. Remove the lever in gathering with a brush.
3. Remove the panel of an internal upholstery of a door of a back.
4. Release clamps of fastening of a plait of electroconducting.
5. Disconnect electroconducting from drive the electromotor.
6. Turn out fixing screws and remove the motor.

Installation is made upside-down.

The relay of the electromotor of a drive of a back screen wiper

PERFORMANCE ORDER

1. Remove the internal panel of an upholstery of a mudguard of an arch of the right back wheel in which the right back loudspeaker is built in.
2. Disconnect from the relay electroconducting.
3. Turn out fixing screws and remove the relay.

Installation is made upside-down.
