The electric drive of rear-view mirrors - the general information, check of serviceability of functioning of components

The general information

Management of the electric drive of rear-view mirrors is carried out from the combined switch established on a driver's door of the car. The switch structure includes the selector of a choice of a mirror subject to adjustment and the switch of management of position of mirrors in vertical and horizontal planes (position of a mirror in each of planes is regulated by means of individual drive the electromotor).

1  — the  Plug of a red wire (a food drivers electromotors)
2  — the  Plug of a black wire (grounding)
3  — the  Plug of a dark blue wire (a food of heating elements)
4  — the  Plug of a grey wire (a food from a safety lock to the switch)
6  — the  Plug of a red-dark blue wire (adjustment of vertical position of the right mirror)
7  —  to Plugs of a red-black wire (adjustment of vertical position of the left mirror)
8  — the  Plug of a green-red wire (adjustment of horizontal position of the right mirror)
9  —  to Plugs of a blue-red wire (adjustment of horizontal position left зеркла)

PERFORMANCE ORDER

1. Translate the ignition switch in position АСС or IGN.
2. Check up a condition of a safety lock of protection of a chain of the electric drive of mirrors. If the safety lock is perfectly in order, switch off ignition.
3. Remove the switch of management of functioning of the electric drive of mirrors (see Has undressed Removal and installation of components of the electric drive of rear-view mirrors). Disconnect from the switch electroconducting.
4. Translate the ignition switch in position АСС or RUN and measure pressure on the plug № 4 contact sockets of a plait of electroconducting of the switch. If on the plug pressure of the battery takes place, pass to a following stage of check, otherwise check up an electroconducting condition, make necessary regenerative repair.
5. Switch off ignition and measure resistance between weight and the plug № 2 (grounding) of a contact socket of a plait of electroconducting of the switch. If the result of measurement makes more than 10 Ohm, check up on breakage presence a black wire of a plait, make necessary regenerative repair, otherwise check up serviceability of a condition of the switch (see more low).

The information on check of serviceability of functioning of the switch by manufacturers is not resulted.

PERFORMANCE ORDER

1. Remove the triangular decorative panel of door furnish.
2. Disconnect from mirror assemblage burn down electroconductings.
3. Submitting pressure of the battery by means of wires-crosspieces on corresponding plugs of a contact socket, check up serviceability of functioning of the electric drive.
