Replacement of lamps of lighting devices

Flasks of lamps remain hot within nearby 20 minutes after switching-off of lighting devices. Before to start to work make sure that components have definitively cooled down.

Head headlights

Replacement procedure of lamps of head headlights

PERFORMANCE ORDER

1. Disconnect from a block headlight electroconducting and remove a rubber protective cover.
2. Take a cartridge. Liberate a lamp from a cartridge and establish on its place the new.

Try not to touch flasks галогенных lamps barehanded, - the fat stains left on a flask can be at the bottom of glass destruction at lamp heating.

3. Establish a cartridge in a block headlight.
4. Establish a rubber protective cover, - track correctness of an arrangement of marks.
5. Restore initial connection of electroconducting.

Antifog headlights (if are provided)

Removal of a protective cover of an antifog headlight

PERFORMANCE ORDER

1. Release a clamp, and separate from assemblage of an antifog headlight the bottom part of a protective cover, uncover.
2. Turn out two fixing screws and remove an antifog headlight.
3. Disconnect from assemblage of a headlight electroconducting.
4. Having turned counter-clockwise, take from a headlight a cartridge with a lamp.
5. Replace a lamp. 6. Installation is made upside-down.

At installation to a protective cover at first plant on headlight assemblage its upper edge, then latch the bottom. Track reliability of fixing of a cover.

Forward indexes of turns

PERFORMANCE ORDER


1. Turn out a screw-driver the screw of fastening of a lens of assemblage of the forward index of turn, - the screw is located in the top internal edges of assemblage.
2. Remove a lens, having liberated its back edge from the panel of a wing of the car. 3. Having turned counter-clockwise, liberate from assemblage of the index of turn a cartridge with a lamp. 4. Take a lamp from a cartridge and establish on its place the new.

Assemblage is made upside-down.

Forward dimensional fires

PERFORMANCE ORDER


1. Having turned counter-clockwise, liberate from assemblage of a block headlight a cartridge with a lamp of forward dimensional fire.
2. Having pulled forward, take a lamp from a cartridge and establish on its place the new.

Installation is made upside-down.

Lateral repeaters of indexes of turns

PERFORMANCE ORDER


1. Cautiously having pulled for a lens of the lateral repeater, shift it forward along a wing surface.
2. Having turned counter-clockwise, liberate from a socket a cartridge with a repeater lamp, take a lamp and replace its new.

Installation is made upside-down.

The back combined lantern

Stoplight, dimensional fire and the turn index

PERFORMANCE ORDER


1. From a luggage space release clamps of fastening of a cover of access to assemblage of the back combined lantern.
2. Having turned counter-clockwise, liberate from ламподержателя lantern assemblage a cartridge of a lamp requiring replacement.
3. Having turned, liberate a lamp from a cartridge and establish on its place the new.

Assemblage is made upside-down, - track reliability of fixing of a cover.

Backing fire

PERFORMANCE ORDER


1. Having wrung out a screw-driver, uncover lantern assemblage.
2. Having turned counter-clockwise, liberate a cartridge from the holder.
3. Having pulled, take a lamp from a cartridge and establish on its place the new.

1. Turn out screws of fastening of lantern assemblage.
2. Uncover also a lens. 3. Liberate a lamp from a cartridge and plant on its place the new.

1. Turn out fixing screws and remove a lens of a foggy lantern.
2. Having pressed and having turned counter-clockwise, liberate a lamp from a cartridge. Plant in a cartridge a new lamp.

3. Liberate a two-socle lamp from spring contacts of cartridge assemblage.
4. Establish a new lamp. 5. Latch into place плафонную a lens.

The directed fixtures (mate lamps)

PERFORMANCE ORDER


1. Turn out the fixing screw and remove плафонную assemblage of the directed fixtures.
2. Liberate the failed two-socle lamp from spring contacts of cartridge assemblage. 3. Establish a new lamp. 4. Establish плафонную assemblage and tighten the screw of its fastening.

Replacement of a lamp of the forward index of turn

PERFORMANCE ORDER

1. Having hooked a screw-driver, remove decorative covers of fixing screws, turn out screws and uncover a stoplight.
2. Having pressed and having turned counter-clockwise, liberate from a cartridge the failed lamp.
3. Establish a new lamp.
4. Establish a cover and fix its screws.
5. Establish decorative covers of screws.
