The general information
A food moves on the main switch of management of electric drive functioning Glass lifts only in position RUN of the switch of ignition.
The main switch is located on a driver's door and allows to exercise administration of functioning of regulators Glass lifts all doors of the car. In a switch design possibility of management by a regulator window lifterа a driver's door in one contact is realised. Besides, the switch structure includes the blocking switch by means of which the driver can prevent possibility of a drive of regulators of passenger doors from individual switches.
The structure of an electric chain of management of the electric drive Glass lifts includes located under a forward overlay of a driver's door of the relay the breaker of the chain established at the left under the panel of devices.
Check
The electric drive relay

|
1. Remove a forward overlay of a threshold of a driver's door and take from the landing nest of the relay of the electric drive Glass lifts. |
2. Check up conductivity distribution between relay plugs in its various working positions. In незапитанном a condition conductivity (with nonzero resistance) should take place between plugs №№ 1 and 3 relays, between plugs №№ 2 and 4 conductivity should be absent. |

3. Submit between plugs №№ 1 and 3 pressure of the battery, - conductivity should appear between plugs №№ 2 and 4. The faulty relay is subject to replacement. |

The main switch
|
|
1. Remove assemblage of the main switch from a driver's door. Disconnect from the switch electroconducting. |
2. Check up correctness of distribution of conductivity between corresponding plugs of the switch in each of working positions of the last. |

Electric contour of the electric drive Glass lifts

1. Check up a condition of a safety lock of the electric drive window lifterа corresponding door in the assembly block. If the safety lock is perfectly in order, pass to a following stage of check, otherwise check up on presence of signs of short circuit on weight electroconducting on a chain site between the assembly block and the relay Glass lifts. 2. Remove the relay and check up serviceability of its functioning (see above). If the relay is perfectly in order, pass to a following stage of check, otherwise make its replacement.
3. Measure resistance of a black wire of a plait of electroconducting on a site between weight and the plug № 3 contact sockets of the relay. If the result of measurement makes less than 10 Ohm, pass to a following stage of check, otherwise eliminate breakage in a chain.
4. Measure pressure between weight and the plug № 1 contact socket of a plait of the relay if pressure takes place, pass to a following stage of check, otherwise eliminate breakage in a chain.
5. Disconnect electroconducting from the main switch of management of electric drive functioning Glass lifts. Measure resistance of a green-white wire on a site between sockets of the switch and the electric drive relay. If the result of measurement makes less than 10 Ohm, pass to a following stage of check, otherwise eliminate breakage in a chain.
6. Check up serviceability of functioning of the main switch (see above). If the switch is perfectly in order, pass to a following stage of check, otherwise make its replacement.
7. Measure resistance between weight and the plug of a black wire of a contact socket of a plait of electroconducting of the main switch. If the result of measurement makes less than 10 Ohm, pass to a following stage of check, otherwise eliminate breakage in a chain.
8. Disconnect electroconducting from the suspected electromotor of a drive of a regulator window lifterа corresponding door. For short time submit pressure of the battery between electromotor plugs, - make sure of smoothness and noiselessness of rotation of the motor. Having changed polarity of connection of the power supply, make sure that the motor regularly rotates in an opposite direction. The faulty electromotor is subject to replacement. 9. Measure resistance of the wires going from the main switch to the suspected electromotor. If the result of measurement makes more than 10 Ohm (for both wires), pass to a following stage of check, otherwise pass to performance of procedure described more low. 10. Check up serviceability of functioning of the individual switch of a door with faulty window lifterом (see above). If the switch is perfectly in order, check up a condition of connecting electroconducting, - make necessary regenerative repair, - otherwise make switch replacement. 11. Measure pressure between weight and a contact socket of the individual switch faulty window lifterа. Presence of pressure of the battery confirms serviceability of a condition of system, - check up reliability of contact connections. If pressure is absent, eliminate breakage in a chain on a site between the corresponding individual switch and the electric drive relay Glass lifts. |
