| 1. By means of two transitive hoses (34099АС010 and 34099АС020) connect to a path of the steering pump a manometre (925711000), - the manometre joins in a path on a site between the pump and a pressure head line, from the pump party of the gate.
2. Start the engine on single turns and open the gate, - if the instrument read from a manometre differs from normal value (Specifications see) it is necessary to check up hydraulic lines on presence of signs of deformations, infringements of passableness and development of leaks.
3. Without suppressing the engine, close the gate. This time the manometre should register pressure of dump (Specifications see) - differently it is necessary to check up a safety valve condition. Besides, it makes sense to check up the pump on presence of signs of internal leaks and to estimate deterioration degree шиберных shovels.
4. At the engine working on single turns, by rotation of a steering wheel from an emphasis against the stop at the open gate, measure working pressure of the control valve. If the result of measurement does not correspond to requirements of Specifications, replace the control valve. |
