Major repairs of the steering mechanism

Condition check

 PERFORMANCE ORDER

1. Establish assemblage of the steering mechanism on the stand (926200000). With the help циферблатного a measuring instrument плунжерного type measure size axial люфта a shaft of a leading gear wheel of the steering mechanism, also check up size radial люфта a shaft, - compare result of measurement to requirements of Specifications.
2. Remove external tips of steering draughts.
3. Remove protective covers реечной transfers.
4. With the help a small beard straighten lock washers, internal tips of draughts. Remove internal tips.
5. By means of a spring dynamometer define size of resistance of sliding the helmsman рейки in both directions (the Section Check of effort of rotation of the steering mechanism see).
6. Turn out the adjusting screw рейки.
7. With the help циферблатного a measuring instrument define size radial люфта a shaft рейки, - плунжер a measuring instrument it is necessary to rest against a shaft on distance of 5 mm from a face cut картера. Compare result of measurement to requirements of Specifications.
8. Check up also effort of resistance of the steering mechanism проворачиванию (the Section Check of effort of rotation of the steering mechanism see).

Dismantling

 PERFORMANCE ORDER

1. Establish assemblage of the steering mechanism on the stand (926200000). Loosen the two bolts of fastening клапанной assemblages to картеру реечной transfers.
2. Cautiously take клапанную assemblage in gathering with shaft of a leading gear wheel.
3. In case of need выпрессуйте a leading shaft in gathering with the valve from клапанной assemblages, - обоприте the case of the steering mechanism on cylindrical оправку in internal diameter 44 46 mm.
4. Turning a stopper реечной transfers on the right on картере the steering mechanism clockwise, achieve occurrence in a groove of a lock ring. Rotating a stopper counter-clockwise, grasp a ring and extend it outside. Take рейку the steering mechanism, - in order to avoid development of leaks of a hydraulic liquid, try not to damage internal walls картера.


Assemblage

Assemblage is made in an order, the return to an order of dismantle of components. All epiploons, plugs, sealing and lock rings are subject to replacement. Check up also a condition of the bearing of a leading gear wheel, - in case of need make its replacement.
