Removal and dismantling

PERFORMANCE ORDER

1. Disconnect the grounding tyre.
2. Поддомкратьте the car also establish it on props.
3. Remove a corresponding forward wheel.
4. Расчеканьте also turn on ступичную a nut.
5. Remove a bar of the stabilizer of cross-section stability (see Has undressed Removal and installation of the forward stabilizer of cross-section stability).
6. Disconnect from a rotary fist a support of the brake mechanism (the Brake system see the Head) and, without disconnecting a hydraulic hose, tie up it aside to suspension bracket elements.
7. Disconnect electroconducting from wheel gauge ABS.
8. By means of a special stripper (926470000) and оправки (927140000) remove power shaft assemblage (Coupling, трансмиссионная a line see the Head).
9. Remove a brake disk (the Brake system see the Head).
10. Liberate from a rotary fist a spherical support.
11. Take шплинт and release a nut of fastening of a spherical finger of a tip of steering draught. By means of a stripper liberate a tip from assemblage of a rotary fist.
12. Turn out bolts of fastening of a rotary fist to a suspension bracket rack, - preliminary mark чертилкой their adjusting positions.
13. Remove assemblage of a rotary fist from the car and transfer it on the assembly stand (927080000). Establish on fist assemblage a special stripper (927060000) and squeeze out a nave.
14. Take an internal epiploon and a lock ring.
15. Prop up a fist and squeeze out of it the internal bearing.
16. At a corresponding complete set remove from a nave a rotor of wheel gauge ABS (the Brake system see the Head).
17. By means of a special separator take from a nave the bearing and an epiploon.

PERFORMANCE ORDER

1. Using special оправки, запрессуйте in a fist internal both external bearings and epiploons, - do not forget to grease properly before installation components.

Before installation of an internal epiploon do not forget to plant a lock ring!

2. Establish on a nave a rotor of wheel gauge ABS.
3. Запрессуйте a nave in a rotary fist.
4. Establish a fist on the regular place.
5. The further installation is made in an order, the return to an order of dismantle of components. Track, that all fixture has been tightened with demanded effort.
